DUBAI, 17th April, 2018 (WAM) — Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, the 8th FAHR International Conference, concluded in Dubai today after two successful days of active discussions on a number of key trending topics in human resources including the need to embrace new digital technologies, choosing the right leaders, creating a great talent pool and building a sound organisational structure.
FAHR International Conference is organised annually by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) in cooperation with INDEX Conferences and Exhibitions – a member of INDEX Holding.
On its final day, participants have stressed on the important role of HR in attracting and retaining talents and developing employees’ skills, as the HR department is considered the backbone of any organization, and its role exceeds the border of an organisation.
